At Hit The Streets Ministries we believe in overcoming our own difficulties in life by helping other people. This organization is set up and called to do exactly as Jesus said, "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." Matt. 24:39
"Not by might, Nor by power, but by My Spirit" Zec. 4:6
"Whenever Jesus puts purpose into your heart it's hard not have that childlike attitude about it. Do you remember when your parents or teachers used to ask you what you wanted to be when you grow up? Do you also remember all the different things you said and how frequently they changed. That's kinda how Gods kingdom is, you have to search your heart for where God has placed you and believe God for the seeds you sow and the lives you impact through the process. God has put many different dreams in our hearts in our walk with Him. But it hasn't happened until recently when he has expanded this passion and zeal for Hit the Streets Ministries. The vision we have to help prisoners and the people who are lost on the streets can only become effective by the Spirit of God. He has brought us this far and we know it's not going to always be a win, win situation with the thousands of people we will be dealing with on a day to day basis. But what we do know is that Jesus put us in this position for these people for a reason. Even when Jesus' own ministry was on this earth, He Himself went through rejection and people dispising Him for His words of hope, but one thing that never diminished was the seeds He sowed in their heart. Even if that seed is as small as a mustard seed God is still able to use it for His Glory."
